Op zaterdag 8 april organiseert Tango Maastricht een milonga met livemuziek van QUINTETO BELTANGO ! Een unieke kans om dit orkest van wereldfaam live te kunnen horen! De milonga vindt plaats in VENUE  68 te Maastricht. Tango Maastricht is blij haar dansers te kunnen ontvangen in deze mooie locatie.  In dit gezellige loungecafé klopt alles: superfijne dansvloer, mooie inrichting, professioneel licht en geluid, een uitgebreide selectie aan dranken en hapjes. De ligging is uitstekend: vlakbij de snelweg, en met gratis parkeren direct naast de locatie. DJ GIOVANNI   is onze DJ voor deze avond. Met livemuziek van BELTANGO en de mooie tanda’s van GIOVANNI is topmuziek gegarandeerd.  Tango Maastricht en haar gasten zijn veel dank verschuldigd aan Marianne van den Maegdenbergh, tanguera en vrijwilligster bij Tango Maastricht, die helaas ruim 4 jaar geleden is overleden. Dankzij haar schenking is Tango Maastricht in staat haar dansers dit optreden aan te bieden. Toegangstickets zijn uitsluitend te koop tijdens de milonga’s op 11 februari 2023 en 11 maart 2023.  Cursisten van Tango Maastricht kunnen tijdens de lessen kaarten verkrijgen. Indien er na 11 maart nog tickets beschikbaar zijn, kunnen die gekocht worden op maandagavonden na 21.15 u in Venue 68 (m.u.v. 20 maart), en op 8 april aan de zaal (indien nog beschikbaar).

Beltango quinteto was founded in Belgrade, Serbia in 1998, by professor, bandoneonist, and composer Aleksandar Nikolic. Beltango quinteto present all abundance of the tango repertoire, so that, apart from traditional tango numbers, as well as compositions of tango-nuevo trend of Astor Piazzolla and modern tango, it includes also own compositions from „Balkango“ opus.
Depending on the possibilities and requirements of a specific stage, Beltango quinteto is equally successful in performing on large concert podiums, symphonic halls, theater stages , chamber halls, tango and jazz events, as well as in other exclusive halls, where, the spirit of tango revives.
Beltango quinteto is only tango orchestra from Europe which is invited by Ministry of culture of Buenos Aires to perform at most prestigious „World Tango Festival – Buenos Aires 2007“
